About our Church
church in Barnstaple, Sunday Services, parish, church, Barnstaple, North, Devon,

We have a Children's area at the back of the North Aisle of the Church with books and toys for quiet play and Pew Play Bags are also available for the Children.

This ancient parish church in the centre of Barnstaple has been in existence since 1107. We look forward very much to seeing you, especially if you are new to the area, or if you are visiting North Devon. You are assured of a warm welcome.

The worship is in the Anglo-catholic tradition. The liturgy is celebrated with reverence and dignity, using 'Common Worship' for all Masses and the Book of Common Prayer 1662 for the Daily Offices of Morning and Evening Prayer. The music at the Sunday Mass is traditional and the New English Hymnal is used.

Resolutions A, B and C have been passed by the Parochial Church Council.
